ElectroniXpress is an Ecommerce platform that aims for an efficient online shopping process. The firm specializes in a broad variety of electronic items, such as household appliances, cameras, computers, cell phones, and more. Understanding the evolving digital landscape, they realized some major issues with their existing platform in delivering a user-friendly shopping experience. This case study explores the journey of revamping their website with more streamlined features and a strong backend infrastructure.
ElectroniXpress decided to enhance its ecommerce platform. Their existing website was faced with many issues including complex navigation, dull UI, poor user engagement, etc. To address them, creating a robust e-commerce website was much needed. The Techstack digital team was tasked to not only redesign the user interface but also optimize the website structure in a manner that facilitates simplified navigation, inventory management, and content presentation. Furthermore, it was important to integrate responsive design elements and interactive features to enhance the overall user experience and provide a seamless shopping experience across devices.

Our solution consisted of various steps including architecture, prototypes, and wireframes. Firstly, it was important to have the key insights of our stakeholders who clearly emphasized on a design that is user-centric, scalable, offers data analytics, and facilitates customer support with great security measures. Understanding their viewpoint, we proceed to develop their user personas to target the right audience for their website effectively.

They streamlined the design process, starting with a complete redesign of their landing page ensuring it delivers all the necessary information to the visitors that it lacks before. To improve their navigation, we incorporated required filters in their category page with a clean product page design delivering the product information in an intuitive manner. We also added features like order tracking via a dedicated track page and detailed purchase history through the user panel. These modifications not only increase client trust, but also allow for greater communication and help via the Contact Us page.
